The City of Belišće has received €14,320 in aid from the budget of the Osijek-Baranja County (Osječko-baranjska županija) for the preparation of the ninth amendments and additions to the Urban Plan of the City. The agreement was handed to Mayor Ivana Jerbić by County President Nataša Tramišak.
The ceremonial signing and handing over of agreements for the allocation of aid from the county budget to local self-government units for 2026 took place in the Great Council Hall of the Osijek-Baranja County.
The Urban Plan of the settlement is the fundamental document regarding land use and construction conditions in the settlement. Its amendments directly determine what and where may be built in the city.
The city administration states that the support will accelerate the planned development of Belišće and facilitate the preparation of space for future investments in the city area.
