Through this year’s public tender, the Municipality of Lepoglava has awarded more than 55,000 euros in non-repayable grants for the development of entrepreneurship and agricultural production. Contracts with a total of 35 companies and family farms will be signed on Friday, 17 July, in the town hall.
Grants were awarded to 20 entrepreneurs, who received a total of 33,412 euros, and 15 family farms with a total of 22,287 euros. Individual amounts reach up to 2,500 euros for family farms, and up to 2,000 euros for companies.
The signing is organised in two sessions. Entrepreneurs will sign contracts from 9am, and farmers from 9.30am. Mayor Željko Šoštarić will hand over the contracts to the beneficiaries on behalf of the Municipality.
The funds were awarded through the conducted public tender and are intended for the development of agricultural production and strengthening of entrepreneurship within the town.
