A 27-year-old man fired several shots at another vehicle from a moving car in Lazina Čička near Velika Gorica on Monday evening, the Zagreb Police Department reported. The targeted car contained the driver’s family, but no one was injured.
According to information established so far, the shooting occurred around 20.10. Both vehicles were in motion at the time the shots were fired.
The second car was driven by a 29-year-old man. Members of his family were also in the vehicle, but despite the shots fired, none of the passengers were harmed.
Police are conducting a criminal investigation to determine all circumstances of the incident. The initial report did not disclose whether the drivers knew each other, what preceded the shooting, or whether the 27-year-old has been detained; further details will be available after the investigation concludes.
