Krapina-Zagorje County (Krapina-Zagorje County) has issued a public call for applications for the youth participatory budget for 2026, the Town of Zlatar announced on its official website. The call funds youth projects whose implementation can last up to 12 months.

Project proposals can be submitted by youth councils from the county area, with the application submitted by the local self-government unit that established the council. The call is also open to individuals aged 15 to 30 and to youth groups consisting of three to five people.

Educational institutions based in Krapina-Zagorje County, civil society organisations meeting the prerequisites for funding from public sources, and social care institutions providing services to young people may also apply.

The start of project implementation is considered to be the date of signing the contract for the allocation of financial funds. Beneficiaries are required to submit an implementation report within 30 days of the project's completion, which includes a descriptive and financial section as well as photographs of the activities carried out.
