The assembly of the Pula-based commercial company Plinara d.o.o. unanimously appointed Mirjana Jakša as a member of the management board and director of the company for a term of four years, starting on 18 July 2026, the City of Pula announced.
The decision was made at the assembly meeting held on 15 July, ahead of the expiry of the four-year term of the current director, Robert Drandić.
At the same meeting, the assembly also unanimously passed a decision to initiate a public tender procedure for the selection of a member of the management board, i.e., director of the company.
The supervisory board will conduct the tender within 90 days. Following the completion of the procedure, the supervisory board will submit to the assembly a proposal for a decision on the appointment of a management board member, the City of Pula's post states.
