The Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure has officially confirmed that the yacht marina built by Željko Kerum on state-owned maritime property in Rogoznica is illegal. In line with this decision, the ministry has ordered a ban on the use of the facility and stated that the marina must be removed.
The facility is part of Kerum's luxury resort, and according to available information, Kerum has been operating at the marina for years. This situation became public after Telegram published news about the illegality of the facility, confirming that the works were not carried out in accordance with regulations.
The fact that the marina was built on state-owned maritime property without the necessary permits led to intervention by state institutions. Given that the use of the illegal marina is now officially banned, the resort owner faces the obligation to dismantle the facility to comply with current regulations on the use of maritime property.
